Donald R. Uzzi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Donald R. Uzzi is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Merisel Inc., the parent of ColorEdge Art, ColorEdge Visual, Comp24, Crush Creative and It's In The Works. Mr. Uzzi joined Merisel in November 2004 as President and Chief Executive Officer, and was elected Chairman in April 2005. He has been a Director of Merisel since November 2004. Prior to joining Merisel, Mr. Uzzi was Senior Vice President of Electronic Data Systems, the global technology services company.

Jon H. Peterson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Jon H. Peterson, was appointed as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on May 1, 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Peterson held Vice President of Finance, Treasurer, and General Manager positions with consumer package goods organizations such as Pepsico and Cott Beverages. Since 2001 and prior to being hired by the Company, Mr. Peterson was a Vice President of the Jacob Group, a boutique executive search firm, heading the finance & accounting and consumer package goods search practice. Mr. Peterson holds an MBA from Suffolk University and a BS in Finance from Northeastern University both located in Boston, MA.

John J. Sheehan, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing, Merisel Executive Committee Member

John Sheehan has served as the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Coloredge since it was founded in 2002. In March 2005, Mr. Sheehan became President of Coloredge. Prior to that he served as Managing Director of the New York City office of the London based Photobition Group from which Coloredge was formed. Coloredge is the largest visual graphic communication company of its kind in North America.

Mr. Sheehan is responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of the Coloredge Division of Merisel.

Kenneth Wasserman, President of Comp24, Merisel Executive Committee Member

Mr. Wasserman was a founding partner of Comp24. As President for the last 20 years, he has guided the company from a small 3 person firm into the largest packaging comp producer in the USA. Comp 24 has production facilities in both NY and LA, serving a national clientele.

Mr. Wasserman is responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of the Comp24 Division of Merisel.

Guy Claudy, Executive Vice President, Merisel Executive Committee Member

Guy Claudy has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Crush Creative, Inc. since it was founded in 2002. In August, 2005, Mr. Claudy became the President of Crush Creative, LLC. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director of Photobition Los Angeles; a part of the London based Photobition Group. Crush Creative’s expertise in pre-press, creative design, large format environmental graphics, finishing and installation makes them the largest and most experienced graphics company on the West Coast.

Mr. Claudy is responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of the Crush Creative Division of Merisel.
