Donald R. Uzzi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Donald R. Uzzi is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Merisel Inc., the parent of ColorEdge Art, ColorEdge Visual, Comp24, Crush Creative and It's In The Works. Mr. Uzzi joined Merisel in November 2004 as President and Chief Executive Officer, and was elected Chairman in April 2005. He has been a Director of Merisel since November 2004. Prior to joining Merisel, Mr. Uzzi was Senior Vice President of Electronic Data Systems, the global technology services company.

Victor L. Cisario, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Victor L. Cisario was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President in June 2009. Prior to joining Merisel, Mr. Cisario served as Chief Financial Officer of Outside Ventures, LLC, a credit card processing and case advance company. From 2002 until Merisel's acquisition of Fuel Digital in 2006, he was Chief Financial Officer of Fuel Digital, Inc. Mr. Cisario, a certified public accountant, began his career at the accounting firm Peat Marwick Mitchell & Company.

Charles F. Murphy III, Executive Vice President Operations

Charles F. Murphy III was appointed Executive Vice President Operations in August 2008. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Murphy served as a Strategic Consultant for an industrial robotics company. From 1986 until 2008, Mr. Murphy held senior positions at Pitney Bowes within global Strategy and Operations. Mr. Murphy holds 24 U.S. patents in printing technologies, micro mechanical and fluid flow design and was the recipient of 5 awards for distinction at Pitney Bowes. Mr. Murphy holds two MS degrees in Engineering from Polytechnic University of New York and Rensselaer Polytechnic University as well as a BS in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut.

John J. Sheehan, Executive Vice President Color Edge Division

John Sheehan has served as the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Coloredge since it was founded in 2002. In March 2005, Mr. Sheehan became President of Coloredge. Prior to that he served as Managing Director of the New York City office of the London based Photobition Group from which Coloredge was formed. Coloredge is the largest visual graphic communication company of its kind in North America.

Mr. Sheehan is responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of the Coloredge Division of Merisel.

Kenneth Wasserman, Executive Vice President Prototype Division

Mr. Wasserman was a founding partner of Comp24. As President for the last 20 years, he has guided the company from a small 3 person firm into the largest packaging comp producer in the USA. Comp 24 has production facilities in both NY and LA, serving a national clientele.

Mr. Wasserman is responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of the Comp24 Division of Merisel.
